depends if your insurance was full coverage and if these upgrades was included in the policy ,if not your out one set of rims and a tv ,not to mention your car , call your insurance agent and see if such items were covered .
Rims will be covered to the value of the factory rims unless you had purchased an insurance rider for them. Unless the tv was factory installation in the car, it will not be covered, again, unless you had an insurance rider for additional installed electronics. Without seeing your policy, I cannot tell you for sure what you are and are not covered for, I can only tell you what you likely are not covered for.
We used to see $500 cars with $5,000 stereos, and people couldn’t understand why the cheap premium they paid to insure the cheap piece of crap car wouldn’t give them expensive coverage for the expensive stereos they put in them.
